Hiya - i'm changing a spherical honeywell thermostat with a non-programmable digital honeywell unit. I've a warm water system with more than one zones and with no air conditioning. There are three wires on the thermostat. At the old spherical unit the purple cord went to the r terminal, the white cord went to the w terminal and a green twine went to b terminal. I set up the new stat the same way however it would now not paintings. If i selected "fan on" rather than "fan automobile" the region would heat up but could not close off (warm water kept flowing even if i decided on a temp underneath room temp).
